Virginia Maywald has extensive experience running successful arts businesses and teaching ceramics. She established The Big Duck and Fish Company with a colleague, designing and making high quality ceramics. After growing their business into national and export markets, adding a factory and retail outlet, the business was sold. Virginia now uses her arts management experience facilitating workshops and delivering arts consultancies.
Bec Cole likes to keep busy. Sometimes she's an artist, sometimes she's a musician, and at other times she works with communities to create innovative arts interventions. Bec's community work spans curation, program facilitation in visual arts, music and theatre, partnership development, arts business planning and the development of artist networks and creative spaces. She is a graduate of the Masters program in Community Cultural Development, and is currently a council Arts Officer in Melbourne's Outer West.
